Review of Doubt (2009) by Rory D — 30 May 2012
Remaining true to the orignal stageplay, it make an excellent transistion to film. The performances are terrific, and there is great effort to enclose us in the rigidly ruled walls of St. Nicholas parish, from it's camera work and lighting.
And enough room is left for ambiguity, without being completely incomrhensible or stale.
