Review of Dinner at Eight (1933) by Brian S — 24 Dec 2007
Dinner at Eight is rather dull and creaky, but so worth watching for the luminous performance of Jean Harlow, and especially for the final scene between she and Marie Dressler. Rent the DVD that has the extra "Come to Dinner" Short which is hilarious in its own right.
