Review of Dick Tracy (1990) by Spencer S — 14 Aug 2010
I remember watching the previews for this film as a kid. I couldn't wait to see the movie featuring a guy running with a tommy gun taking care of bad guys. After watching the movie at 10 years old, I felt really let down.
The same feeling persists today. What a great cast but the whole project feels way over done.
