Dick Tracy is a fun movie with a lot of good actors and great sets. The film is great to look at and enjoyable to watch. It is a great comic book movie and I feel satisfied finally watching it. The best parts include the whole design and colors as well the fast paced telling of the story.
It is still a very fast paced picture and many things happen in the 1 hour and 45 minute run time. Overall, a great movie.
