Sucha big budget (for 1990) such beautiful colors and set pieces. But then theres the storywriting, and directing, and worst of all, camerawork and editing. Editing is one of the worst ive seen. Madonna is almost inocuous compared to the previous flaws but still provokes, at random moments, bursts of '' oh come on.
...''. Warren beatty's acting comes across as just satisfied and not commited. In brief, copy cartoon comics to the big creen with money but no Oomph and thats how it looks. Only good thing apart from the sets (for wich I give 3 stars isntead of 2.
5) is Al pacino and Dustin Hoffman, truly wondrous in here. Also all the secondary caracter are beautifully cartoonish, and it could have been great if they werent stranded in such a mess.
