Review of Dick Tracy (1990) by Tim G — 13 Aug 2015

Dick Tracy has a unique style to the world it builds , with characters with great actors betraying them. What should have been a hit to fame; instead hit rock bottom. With the plot development and pacing of the story never coherently connected to each other; the movie makes it difficult to enjoyably watch it without keeping note of what has happened.

While it may still have visuals that intrigue people to this day; the story never matches with them, lead alone rise above them.
