Decent action movie. not great. typical stuff. some good twists. apparently chicago only has 2 detectives that handle every murder case and they know all of the bad guys in town and in the hospital. in that way it was pretty weak, but the acting and writing made up for the dumb aspects and just made it fun to watch.
