Review of Death Wish (2018) by Cokronakan — 22 Mar 2019

This movie had the plot of an average action movie, but the little details and all the core elements of a movie are nailed and present in this movie. The directing style was really good with all the interestingly shot action scenes and the stable cams with amazing quality. The script was pretty basic but non the less intriguing. The character development and time invested in each personality is impressive for an action movie. It really creates immersion between the characters and the viewers. It was really good from the point of view of the message that it delivered and serious problems reflected in real life. Also the brute and pure reality of emotions and tension was amazingly delivered for an average action movie plot. The events where also realistically crafted and everything was believable.

Overall this was a very good movie with a little drop of cheesy acting and weakly developed plot, but everything else was really on point.
