Takes place shortly after the first Dead Space game. It switches from a weird 3D CGI animation to cartoon flashbacks. I would have liked it more if they had stuck with the cartoon aspect since the CGI looks like crap.
The story focuses on four surviving crew members found on the O'Bannon.
