Review of Colma: The Musical (2006) by Cj T — 08 Oct 2007
I have seen the future of musicals, and its name is Colma. Sure, there's no budget, a few of the songs need work, and it's heavy on the teen angst--as if the Breakfast Club kids were shoved into the outside world and filmed on location.
But the movie loves to sing, even if the dancing needs work, and it's fun in a way that "Rent" never was.
