160904: Other than the gratuitous violence near the finale, not sure if there is any meaning behind this seemingly pointless film? Don't get me wrong; Cold in July has a neat cast of actors, portraying simple characters, going through a rather miserable period in their lives but that's about it.
I imagine my feelings for this film will not be resolved until I see at least one more time.
