Excellent serial to VILLAGE OF THE DAMNED that was based on a John Wyndham novel. Gone are the aryan style haircuts. Instead with a veritable multi cultural motley crue of kids from all continents. A young Ian Hendry plays one of two male scientists involved in this case who are living together and act quite closely, making this an early subtle example of positive gay leading characters.
.. that is if anyone copped on to this during the time of the release. This time it is hard to tell which ones are nastier: the children or the adults. With a suitable, nihilistic, down beat ending.
