Review of Chapter 27 (2007) by Patrick B — 05 Apr 2008
Unnessisary, the film was poorly executed and directed with such little energy its a bore. The head of Mark David Chapman is such a strange place to be but this movie's fatal flaw is its about the most uninteresting part of the story.
Fortunatly last year's The Killing of John Lennon takes a little more time with the story, filling in the gaps this movie leaves out (the wife, Hawaii, the real obsession over The Catcher in the Rye).
If you see one movie about Chapman, make sure its that one.
