Review of Chapter 27 (2007) by John S — 01 Feb 2011

I have been looking forward to watching this movie for a while. I knew that it was going to be more of a character study and therefore was expecting it to be a bit slow, but it just wasn't as good as I thought it could be.

Leto was great, as usual, and Lohan was surprisingly pretty good. Being familiar with Catcher in the Rye it was pretty creepy how inspired Chapman was by it and the parallels that the film draws. All in all I won't say that I wasted 2 hours, but I probably won't watch it again any time soon.
