This was a cute film. Basic plot is dogs have been protecting the human race for years against cats who want to take over the world. This time a cat name Mr.Tinkles wants a formula that will make all humans allergic to dogs.
Mr.Tinkles name sounds like a James Bond villain. He acted like a Bond villain. He was a very funny character. You get what you expect from this type of film. Geared more for kids and the family to enjoy.
But there are some laughs through out this for kids and adults to enjoy. The story is okay and the F/X was better than I would have expected. Worth at least a one time watch.
