Review of Carnival of Souls (1962) by Stef B — 14 May 2010
I've always been particularly fond of all the footstep overdubbing in this movie. It's not even in sync with Candace's real footsteps, but I fucking love it. That, and the almost constant and unsettling organ music are two things that etch this movie in my mind.
Carnival of Souls is far from flawless but in it's own unique way it manages to be perfect. I LOVE it!
