This film features a protagonist (Candice Hilligoss) who apparently survives drowning in an automobile accident only to be haunted by mysterious ghouls who appear only to her; she also becomes fascinated with a run-down pavilion on the edge of Salt Lake City.
An inspiration for Romero's NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD. Watching this film and HIGH PLAINS DRIFTER allowed me to figure out the ending of THE SIXTH SENSE. PS: The Criterion Blu Ray disc is superb.
