Review of Carnival of Souls (1962) by Liam U — 19 Nov 2012
Cult feature horror that feels twice as long than it actually is because of vast swathes of repetitive and drawn out scenes and a distinct lack of a feature length plot. It actually has a decent set-up and a good ending, but any moodiness that's occasionally created is immediately curtailed by dreadful writing and in-between visual padding that is painfully amateur and pointless.
I would rather have my eyes sucked out by a goat than ever watch this again.
