Review of Call Me by Your Name (2017) by Elizabeth L — 26 May 2018
I felt that the age gap between the two main characters was so inappropriate that the whole movie just kind of disgusted me. The teenager was still such a child, and the grad student looked 30 to me. It did feel like borderline pedophilia to me. It was just gross.
As a parent, I find it hard to believe the parents in the movie would have been approving.
The whole movies seemed like soft porn to me.
