Review of Cactus Flower (1969) by Phillip G — 18 Jan 2008
Pleasing but dated romantic comedy which is an excellent example of the type of films being produced by Hollywood at the time. Goldie Hawn won an Oscar for her lovable but scatty characterization but its Ingrid Bergman who shines as a dowdy nurse realizing the full potential of her womanhood.
Moderately funny and curiously likeable.
