A decent way to kill a lazy Sunday afternoon, perhaps, but I can't say this is really my cup of tea. It all seems so melodramatic and silly at times, but that's the style, and the period. You never really get the sense that Gloria is THAT slutty though she declares herself "the slut of all time".
And if she IS that slutty, well, it becomes hard to believe that a week could change her (or Laurence Harvey) that much. And the end? Don't get me started. If you like Elizabeth Taylor I'm sure you'll enjoy this film.
