An excellent film all the way around. Deals with issues of "right and wrong" during wartime. Also deals with the relationship between Britain and the Commonwealth at the turn of the 20th Century--foreshadows Australian-Brit relations during World War One.
As an Aussie friend of mine said,"It got seven Australisn Academy Awards..." so how can you argue with that?
