Throughout Blue Velvet, David Lynch's bizarre and brilliant look at American suburban life, we are often reminded that we live in "a strange world." When Dennis Hopper's performance of Frank, a medical mask-drug inhaling incarnation of evil, arrives on screen we know we are in a strange world indeed.
Go on a 'Joy Ride' and drink some Pabst Blue Ribbon( f*** Heineken); Blue Velvet is a strange world too good not to experience.
