Review of Blind Beast (1969) by Miguel A — 10 Aug 2014
The third act is very philosophical (as well as very disturbing). I've read some of Edogawa Rampo's short stories and I think this film quite successful for establishing the term ' Rampo-esque' in the cinema, including surrealistic touches and psycho-sexual nightmarish perspective that was significance in some of Rampo's stories such as MIRROR HELL and THE CATERPILLAR etc.
