Review of Blade Runner (1982) by Jenna I — 03 Oct 2017

Sue me but I'm just so-so on Blade Runner. Always have been. Rewatched it tonight on a whim, was thinking about robots and consciousness- typical Thursday night - and I'm still like...... it's good and fine and all. It builds an amazing world, a realistic future. I liked the concept and the plot. No bad acting particularly but like man, I just have zero emotional connection to any character in the entire film. Like the final chase around the house scene is straight up boring when you don't care if the good guy lives.

So I'm opening to accepting that maybe it's just me, but really not one of my favorite Scott's.
