Review of Black Narcissus (1947) by Luke E — 10 Oct 2013

Saw it last night and it's 15 hours later and i'm still thinking about it. Beautiful film and a great unrequited love story of two people trying to put their disappointments behind them by never letting themselves be vulnerable again.

Whether you join the convent or just give yourself up to an exotic land and all it's sensuality, no one ever really escapes the experiences that make them who they are.
