Review of Bitten (2008) by Shelly B — 10 Jan 2011
Not a very good film, but a great vampire flick. "Great" meaning that it conforms to my personal vampire rules, including: no over-the-top make-up, no drinking 'dead blood,' no becoming human again, and no fucking sparkles.
It treats vampirism less as a disease and more as an addiction. As a movie, though, the dialogue is superficial and repetitive, the plot is seriously lacking in logic and function, the sex is too tame and the nudity is too much and unbalanced.
