Very simply, best of the best. Although, van Damme's Kickboxer does breast the tape first, ever so slightly (as you do). Clearly, 1989 was THE year for siblingmarialartsrevengeinaforeignland flicks.
This one made me want to flying-kick and round-house every ruthless one-eyed taekwondo ballcrusher in my sight. Alas, there were none. But my search continues, still.
