I am recommending this very insightful documentary video to all, for all walks of life. The video has somehow enlightened me of what's happening with the food industry. Obviously, we consumer don't see or realize on what we buy in the groceries. We may be able to check the label and its contents but we can't determine if the food is genetically modified. With this video, it helps me to be aware of the importance of my RIGHT to choose and eat healthy foods, organic foods/produce.

I have highly acknowledge the people behind GMO for the intention of mass producing and higher quality produce. However, I just wished that they are also taking the consideration of the side effects.
