I've got to say, despite it's lukewarm reception at the box office, I liked Disney's Atlantis a lot - and I am no fan of the satanic denizens of the Disney corporation, but I enjoyed this movie. IMO it is very underrated and is notable for it's plot being a dead-ringer for Avatar - despite preceeding it by several years.
Cute, funny and romantic with some clever and compelling elements that give weight and meaning to the action scenes. For a "kids cartoon" Atlantis is smart and sophisticated.
