Review of Arizona Dream (1993) by Stephen O — 28 May 2011
My brain is nearly expoading while digesting it. Don't know why I remembered The Graduate cause it's not much in common but it is definetely the same style of storytelling as in Magnolia: several really independent outstanding characters carries out 'uncomfortable' story with no clear limit between concious and unconcious, real and surreal, normal and insane. I need to watch few times to get what it is about cause it's too complex.
Anyway Johnny is briliant and I am amazed by provoking character of Faye.
Worth see just to shake your mind a bit.
