Review of Amityville II: The Possession (1982) by Adam G — 07 Aug 2007
This movie shows promise in the beginning Then falls flat. "Based on fact" this deviates far from fact. Much of the violence is muted which is indicitive of the time; at least films that wanted to be taken seriously.
Which leaves this film in limbo. Whoa, is that incest? Where did that come from?ugh. The ending makes up for the banalitly that proceeded, but you can't help but think the Exorcist did a much better job.
