Review of After Earth (2013) by B B — 14 Aug 2014
Liked it more than most it seems. Was excited to see Will Smith get to work with his son on screen, and see their dynamics develop throughout the film. Thought the CGI-Graphics, and backdrops were amazing scenery.
Granted it was not the best film or nearly enough of what I thought it was going to be(Previews)& it could've been SO MUCH more/better, but the idea they had was really intriguing....just didn't come close to the potential it had, let alone exceeding it.
It's a fun movie if your just looking for something new to watch, and if you like Jaden(who the film follows for most of it) or Will & have free time give it a shot. 5.5-6.0/10.
