Review of A Simple Plan (1998) by Jeremy H — 28 Jan 2010
"It's the American Dream in a goddamn gym bag!".
I had never heard of this until recently and what's stranger still is that this is directed by Sam Raimi. Don't expect any demons or web-slingers though, but do expect a pretty good little thriller with great performances with a couple of twists and turns. May only suffer from being a little overly long. I had no preconceptions; enjoyed it.
