Sick, disgusting, gory, brutal and yet it's controversial A Serbian Film is one of the most disgusting films ever made since The Human Centipede 1 and 2 and Jack Ketchum's The Woman. This is a really sick Serbian Horror film from first time Director Srdan Spasojevic and I seriously don't recommend this movie for everyone due to it's intense graphic violence.

The plot of this movie is pretty simple and this movie is about a retired porn star who lives in a normal life with his beautiful wife and only son Petar in Serbia. He later gets a call from his former colleague Layla who is aware of his financial problems.

Milos is introduced by Layla to Vukmir a director who wants him to work on an Art film and Milos will get the money he wants but soon Milos discovered that Vukmir has put him in making a Snuff film where he kills a lot of people and ends up getting him into making more Snuff films and Milos soon learns that his family is also involved in the Snuff film Vukmir is working on.

I seriously enjoyed this movie and it is really sick and not really recommended for anyone due to it's graphic and extreme content and the movie seriously has a huge amount of controversies due to it's nature.

What's great about A Serbian Film is that the film is full of suspenceful scenes and there are lots of tense parts as well in the movie and I think the suspense in this film has got some nerve and style and other than that the film also has a huge amount of time on focusing on the suspense and the way the suspense is used in this movie is just great and it really has some of the most impressive moments in Horror cinema for one reason.

What I also like about this movie is that the film has a really good cinematography. The lighting in A Serbian Film is well used and I like how the cinematography looks in this movie and it was pretty cool for this movie so far and since the cinematography is well used I also enjoy the editing of this film and the editing is just great and the movie is seriously well edited plus the pacing is impressive in this film as well and most of the time the film gets weirder and weirder as the movie goes on and this movie seriously has some of the best ideas since The Human Centipede 2 Full Sequence and Jack Ketchum's The Woman so far.

What I also like about this film is that the movie is full of intense brutal gore scenes and the graphic violence is just disgusting and sick. There are lots of brutal parts in this movie that I consider to be extreme and just plain sick.

The scene where Milos butchers a girl with a Machete is one of the most disgusting kills in the movie and the way the girl was butchered in the film is just sick and gross and full of gore as well and I like that scene so far.

I also like the scene where Milos poisons a nurse and that scene was just sick and disgusting as well so far and yet it is disturbing and most of the death scenes in this movie are disturbing so far. And I also like the part when Milos brutally beats Vukmir to death and I think it's the most violent part of the film so far and I think this and Jack Ketchum's The Woman has some of the most disgusting death scenes in Horror movie history so far.

Now the acting is great the performances of the casts in this movie is just great all of the actors and actresses did a really good job with they're work in the movie so far and the casts handled they're performances well in the movie so far.

Overall A Serbian Film gets a 10/10 because this movie is sick, disgusting, gory, brutal and yet it's controversial as well and this probably one of the most disgusting films since Jack Ketchum's The Woman and The Human Centipede 1 and 2.
