Review of A Serbian Film (2010) by Anders A — 16 Sep 2015
It hurts me to see how overlooked this movie is and how it gets ratings, that it does not deserve. The video production is of high quality, the soundtrack is rememberable and Srdjan Todorovic is one of Serbia's finest actors, the Al Pacino of Serbia if you will.
The movie is a big metaphor about how we're f***ed from the moment we are born, it had to be violent, bloody and disturbing, otherwise a lot of smart people would have missed out on its brilliance.
I highly recommend it, and check out some of Srdjan Todorovic's other movies.
