Review of A River Runs Through It (1992) by Matt M — 01 Nov 2013
Set in Montana, this is the story about the household of a Presbyterian minister, whose sons are very different and one of them lives in a mess of gambling and alcoholism though they are brought together through fly fishing.
The film can be as touching as overtly sentimental. It does however feature wonderful nostalgic cinematography by Rousselot.
