Enough scares to make it worthwhile. But. An entire world cannot come up with a weapon to destroy this monster?
The implausibilities outweigh the drama. Still, it's certainly original. I'll give it that. Just set your brain on standby and let your eyes watch. Pretty much what the characters do.
