Review of A Nymphoid Barbarian in Dinosaur Hell (1990) by Kevin M. W — 02 Aug 2004

I would say I love this movie, if I was judging it on the title... however, having actually watched it, I must say it was quite lacking in dialogue... in fact, I think there were a total of 6 lines in the first 30 minutes of the film. And that includes the grunts by the spiny-headed fish-ape-neandrathals on the beach who fight over a piece of crap that washed up on shore... with random synthesizer music in the background. Wow, I can't believe I sat thru the whole movie.

Anyway, it certainly wasn't one of their worst films (have you seen the childrens' movie, Doggie Tails? Wow, that's a doozy!), but it certainly needed some more dialogue between the characters. Then again, you never know - it might have made it even worse! The acting itself was actually half-way decent, and the music score was just OK. I give it 4 tomatoes overall.
