A minor film with a noteworthy cast, but no flow or energy. Roman Coppola who wrote, directed, and produced the film shamelessly approaches this (I wanna say) passion project as a Federico Fellini wannabe attempting to recreate the dreamscape style of 8-1/2.
.. as if that was even in the realm of possibility. All in all, as fanboy knockoffs go, at a lean 80 something minutes, A Glimpse Inside The Mind Of Charles Swan III isn't offensive and it is sweet to see Charlie Sheen try so big.
