Review of A Dangerous Man (2009) by Igor K — 20 Feb 2010
After years and years of "his style of movies" Seagal pushes on with this one. This has 40 minutes of lame, confusing something that reminds of a story and 40 minutes of shooting and shooting, some karate moves and more shooting.
The story is barely if not believable, and the concentration of the Chinese and Russian mafia in the small town, where all is happening just raises question. How can a small town has two big maffias packed with so many weapons.
If this was LA or New York ok, but russian with AK and Chinese Triads running around in mountain villages is very very unlikely. The "emotional" incentive of Seagal character is so pathetic that you need a brown bag if you have weaker stomach.
I think we need to start campaign to raise money, so that Mr. Seagal can attend acting lessons.
