Review of The Believer (2001) by Igor K — 15 Aug 2008
I have seen the A.H. X so I had some expectations from this not so known movie, but it turned the other way as well the central figure of this excellent movie. The duality of life, belives put here in extreme peaks.
The whole movie has a lo-fi alternative feel, and it gives a reality impact. The cast was very well chosen with maybe some stereotypes like there is always a fat neo nazi in the group, and Billy Zane's charachter was very flat.
An important movie which also shows that anybody with a little brain can see the emptiness of the neo nazi movement.
