The 1st half of this film is brilliant. Don Jonson and Tim McIntire (the voice of the mutt) are perfect and the story barrels along on fire. Then we go underground and so does the film. The over-the-top satire flops flat like a hot dog turd.
Too bad. Hey - gang, lets do a remake!
