Well, I'm sure I'm missing the real point, but I just can't be arsed to care particularly for the rave scene. I thought it dragged after Ian Curtis' death--paradoxically, as the time frame of the film sped up ridiculously--and the fourth-wall-broken faux-doc style got a bit old after two hours.
I love Winterbottom, but this isn't his finest moment.
