Review of 2019: After the Fall of New York (1983) by Beth W — 13 Sep 2010
After watching this incoherent Italian rip-off of "Mad Max," I was left wondering exactly what I'd seen. Tons of bad special effects, silly costumes and even sillier dialogue combine for a trashy movie that manages to induce a coma even as it blows up everything it puts on the screen.
Unless you have a desperate craving to see men in modified dune buggies shout lines like, "We are the guardians of death! We are the ones who will wipe the human seed off the face of the earth!" then just drive by this one.
