You may not know their names, but you will certainly know their voices. This documentary profiles some of the biggest session background vocalists in popular music, as they struggle to become solo artists in their own right. Featuring talking heads from the likes of Mick Jagger, Stevie Wonder, Bette Midler and Bruce Springsteen, it is a very poignant tale.
The conclusion seems a bit shoved together, but it is a very interesting film.
