What's great about Gremlins is that it is a Christmas movie as well as a Horror/Sci-fi/Comedy. A hopeless inventor is searching for the perfect gift for his son Billy and stumbles upon a furry pet in Chinatown.
The pet is adorable at first but when it is exposed to water it gives birth to gremlins who run havoc on their town. Billy and his girlfriend must stop them before their town is destroyed for good. Gremlins was an interesting movie with a good story but never really scary at all, still I really enjoyed this film.
