I was pleasantly surprised by this film. I remember seeing a trailer for this on the IFC site a little while ago, and thinking that it looked really good. After seeing the film, I don't think the trailer did it justice.
Some unrealistic characters, plot holes, and underdeveloped scenes meant only to rush along the plot keep this movie from being a masterpiece. Great drama and amazing performances from youngsters keep it memorable, though.
