Review of W.E. (2011) by Meredith W — 02 Jul 2012
Any film with Madonna involved in instantly gets slammed by critics, but this was a surprisingly good, intriguing story. It was beautifully shot and well-acted. With the intertwined storylines of Wallis and Edward and a New York housewife who is obsessed with.
Her in 1998, this was more than just a straightforward historical film, which added to its appeal. Instead it becomes more about the universal theme of searching for meaning in life.
