One of the best documentaries ever. This film hightlights rhe classic struggle between corporate greed and workers rights to a fair wage, benefits and a safe workplace. The passion of the miners, their wives and families really shines through here despite many setbacks.
Hooray for Harlan County, UMW and the makers of this film. The struggle continues in 2010.
